Network Factor was founded in 2004 by a sole proprietor looking for a better way to do IT. Having experienced the horrors that often come along with the average IT vendor including lack of communication, unavailability, unwillingness to compromise, and overall arrogance it was blatantly obvious that a disconnect between the IT provider and organization management was an unacceptable situation and desperately needed changed. In the process of expanding operations many methods were discovered, and many different options tried, but after each lesson learned the core principles of the company were proven time and time again.
